New in town
hi all,
having had good luck on another car forum for another marque, i decided to join a forum for Ford trucks for some better access to knowledge and parts.
i have two; a '72 F250HD 2WD(add every suffix possible, it has every badge made on it and the full length aluminum side mouldings... Ranger XLT Camper Special) with the 390/c6, and a ordinary '01 E350 Extended cargo van with the 5.4l/e4od. i bought both used as the second owner and do much of my own maintenance and minor repairs.
looking forward to some more parts coming in this afternoon, a pair of window regulators and a speedometer cable. might not sound like a big deal but i have been fighting with those truck windows for a decade and just now getting around to fixing them.
but up til now been fixing everything else.
looking forward offering what little wisdom and experience i have to share here and plenty of useless banter to go along.
