You should, the steel pipe with 2 small hoses attached to it , half way down,that goes from the throttle body egr valve to the drivers side exhaust manifold , the drivers side header will come with a threaded hole in it for the egr fitting that you are to remove from your old manifold, but most likely it will be rusted frozen, a new fitting is like $35 ,install into new header and attach egr tube, dont forget the anti-sieze for the fitting
