that might be part of the problem. one of those small terminals should always be hot to ground the other is the ground thats controled by the computer. so your always hot line is broke?

The red/green wire is NOT _always_ hot. It only goes hot when you turn the key to RUN, and the #22 fuse is energized.

Yep that wire is not going hot when I turn the ignition on

Alright I repaired the broken wire now my gpr clicks on when I turn the key but is it supposed to cycle on/off every second like my 93?

When the GPR turn on it should stay on for up to 2min depending on oil temp

On my 93 the gpr cycles so the 94 just stays on?

yes it should stay on not cycle for up to two mins.
