replace 2003 Ford Escape transmission?
Need to replace the transmission in my 03 Escape V6 2wd. I am amateur mechanic. Is this feasible and are there any instructions out there to do so. Also what kind of time would it take?
Can't afford $2500 rebuild and I only paid 3k for the vehicle. 170k miles on it now. Engine still runs good.
If sold as is what is estimated value without working transmission assuming all else is ok?
