Finally got the IPR out, Sears had a 3.5" socket for it.
No issues cleaning it, didn't see anything obvious.
Was putting it back together and a heard a tiny snap.
Took it apart again and discovered that I had snapped the real tiny tip off the needle. The thing was only as long as the thickness of a fingernail, maybe about 1/80th of an inch.
Put it back together, minus the tip and it just cranks, no start.
The HPOP did drain, should I get some oil and fill it or will it fill itself eventually?
So, y'all think I just approached the pooch from aft and plunged in?
I'll fill it to within 1" in the morning and give it a whirl.
Hope I can return the IPR I just ordered and save the $145.
I saw your thread Mike, running ok now?
Thanks...

Not really. I still have ICP issues. The voltage looks almost like a square wave when I plot it in AE. Idle is rough. I'm about done just throwing sensors at this thing.
