Lund Visor
Does anyone have one on their truck? Got any pics of the top side of it.
I am looking for one for my F550. I have found a couple, but they are listing 2 different ones for one WITH cab lights and ones WITHOUT.I am NOT talking about the Moon Visor, or the Lunar visor.. And there is a $75 difference between the 2. The listing for one with cab Lights is $75 more. So please post up pics of your visor if you have them

I recommend you don't install one
There are little things those visors do that can become annoying very quickly. My 1994 f-150 had the Lund on it when I bought it. Looked sharp.
1. Water collects ontop of the visor and spills down the windshield when you drive off
2. If you have hard water, the water that trickles off the visor will leave trails on the glass
3. You have to drill 5-7 holes in cab to install. This leads to huge rust problems. Hard to seal/preserve it.
4. When the lights burn out, they are damn near impossible to fix/replace.
Just some thoughts to consider. Those visors look nice, but the issues the cause will prevent me from ever installing, or purchasing a truck with one again

1. Water collects ontop of the visor and spills down the windshield when you drive offThat is why you dill 1/8" holes in the "pockets" of the visors, so water does NOT puddle.
2. If you have hard water, the water that trickles off the visor will leave trails on the glass I wash my truck about once a moth so it is no big deal
3. You have to drill 5-7 holes in cab to install. This leads to huge rust problems. Hard to seal/preserve it. I use silicone sealant when I drill holes
4. When the lights burn out, they are damn near impossible to fix/replace.
The cab light comes off the same with a visor as it does with out

I have had visors on my trucks for the past 15 years and have yet to have an issue. If they are installed CORRECTLY, there are no problems.
But thanks for your concern

Not sure what brand this was, but posting a pic for those interested on appearance of a visor on a SD. I personally hate the things as they are fugly. I told the seller that it ruined the look of the truck and almost made me not want to buy it. I ripped mine (and that useless bug deflector) off the truck shortly after I bought it.
As mentioned, do it right, they will rust around the holes!!! I have to do some additional bodywork on mine to fix that cosmetic abomination.
