unknown plug....

Located passenger side on a bracket off the bumper below the hood release above the aux light. Harness runs into and along with the aux light harness. Has power (12V) at all times including ignition on/off, hood open/closed, doors open/closed, lights on/off, aux lights on/off. I'm stumped. Is there a OEM charger that could plug in and charge both batteries simultaneously?

Does the truck have a snow plow prep package? Might be the power supply to the hydralic motor.

No snow plow. Sticker says "other optional equipment -$595.00". Another forum member stated it was for a winch.

Can't say for sure from the picture, but it looks like 20 amp connector.
Snow plows and winches take hundreds amps.
