I can't really comment on the MPG increase as I do not keep track. But from what I know you only get a couple MPG increase by tuning these trucks. I get about 16 - 17 MPG at 75 MPH with 36x13 tires and 4.5" lift.
16-17ish can be easily achieved at 70mph with the same lift as Darren32 and 35's. I have seen higher mpg and slightly lower (I live in windy IL). I pay for my fuel and am not as lucky as Darren
So not much increase then? You should have been getting 15-16 at 70 mph stock on winter fuel. I was hoping for better.
I just took a 350 mile round trip and with a 3.5" lift, front air dam cut off, and 33x12.50 tires and got 17.2 average at 70 mph. About 300 of those miles were interstate, the rest in town. Running on winter fuel as well.
I figured you would be getting 20+ mpg on the interstate.
