SCT fitting ?

Saw on another thread that 03's don't have them ..... For info / search purposes do 04's ? Mine is a late build (01/04) ICP on the valve cover, square EGR cooler ?

Same thing for 04 down on the dummy plugs and leaky standpipes too right ?
