0401 Low Exhaust code coming up

Hey Guys. From time to time I get a low exhaust recirc coming up on the reader. I reset it and all is good for a while but it is getting to be a wee bit of a pain. Looking to change out the sensor but just curious on which one it would be. Where on the exhaust system? I'm thinking the one on the drivers side @ the Y pipe. I did change the EGR valve a year or so ago. Just thought that it may be another sensor causing this problem. Any suggestions boys?
