Not off-road, but the Bullitt site I'm on is doing a route 66 trip from Chicago, IL to Chino Hills, CA the end of May. I plan on doing the two day stretch from Chicago to Yukon, OK on the 27th and 28th. Would be nice to have a co-pilot to take pics and keep me company.
Otherwise, I've got nothing planned for wheeling next year. I hope to hit the dunes alot more than I did this year. Maybe even get a rollbar in the truck and take it out.
one more week for me to be able to plan these trips, so here is what I am tossing around, see if it works for you.
Sept 8-16th for Utah
May 26th-June3rd for South Dakota or optional spend the memorial day with family, then leave early on the 29th-June3.
talk it over discuss it, because I got to put in my days next Tuesday.
8th - 16th works for me. Onlyist thing is I remembered ed this mornin is my mama's b-day the 28th. Need ta be back fer thet, less o course the zombies attack.
Are you going to try to fit in the Cathouse too Curt? Or is it out of the cards for another smaller trip
That might be a possibility, and I want to do it, but I don't know yet if it is a possibility for this year with two big trips in the works. I am also thinking that Frostbite might be out for me this year, depending on work's schedule, and finances. I got some things I got to fix on the Jeep before South Dakota, and it depends on what that ends up costing me. I also have some debts I need to repay before I tackle anything too major.
