Well the truck failed emissions today. I seem to not be able to decode the CEL with the blinks. So I took a video, I was hoping someone would be able to help me figure out the codes. So I can get the truck though inspection.
From what I can decipher, the firsts two codes are 11; 11. The second two are 33; 33. If memory serves me right, the single blink is a separator code. The 11 code is "System Pass". The other two is for (I believe) an EGR malfunction code. I'll have to run and verify this, so I'll get right back to you. But someone may post before I get back with a correction.
There is a 11 (repeated) meaning all clear, then a separator blink, then 33 (repeated). 33 indicates that EGR valve opening was not detected. It could be an intermittent problem since it was stored in memory. What part of the emissions test are you failing?
EPNCSU2006, thanks for confirming that, I was just about to post what you just said. Mike, you may also want to run an Engine Running self test too. It could show other faults then too. When my truck failed emissions, the ER self test showed a code for the TAB and TAD system. I ended replacing the solenoids for both the TAB and TAD valves. Also replaced the O2 sensor for good measure. It passed then, and it passed again a year latter. Not saying that this will be your problem, just throwing it out there for info purposes.

The hydrocarbons. The limit's are 220/220. The truck ran a 856/449. I can feel it miss randomly. Sometimes it runs smooth, sometimes it's rough. I'm going to go out now and do the KOER test.
21, 41, 52, and 77. The one I would focus on is 41: O2 sensor indicates lean, no switching. When is the last time the spark plugs and ignition components were replaced? What about the O2 sensor? High HC indicates excess fuel or an incomplete burn. If there is an ignition misfire, the O2 sensor will report lean and the computer will enrich the mixture, possibly making the high HC problem worse. I would fix the misfire first, then if the O2 sensor code is still there and it's been a while since it was replaced, replace the O2 sensor.
21 is probably because the engine isn't fully warmed up, 52 and 77 were set because the computer didn't receive the input it needed during the test. The very first flash after the engine speed settles into idle is your cue to give the throttle a quick stab, turn the wheel 1/4-1/2 of a turn (and touch the brake pedal and push the o/d cancel switch if an electronic automatic). If you run it again, I bet those three go away.

I just bought the truck 2 days ago. The wire's/cap/rotor LOOK new, but looks can be deceiving. I can see a little rust on some part's of a few spark plugs. Same with the O2 sensor (there is only 1, I think).
I'm gonna try just the plug's first then go from there. The PO said the MAP sensor was bad, but it's not throwing a code so I guess it's ok? I got a few idea's as this is the same engine as in my race car.. So I'm gonna try them out and report back.
So did basicily the "6liter" tuneup today. Replaced the plugs with autolight 25's gapped @ .54, new wires and a new MSD coil. The cap and rotor where in good shape.
Fired the truck up and still had a slight miss. Tomorrow I'm gonna check the base timing, the fuel pressure and replace the O2 sensor.
a 92? id tell em take their emissions and ram it up their ****in *** 10 yrs is limit here then its exempt thats bs. how the hell u get your light to flash my 96 f2 460 is ob1 so cant test it easy lol its been so long i forgot how to do it

Haha my truck isn't exempt, my old diesel was though. Um to get the codes to flash just use a paper clip between the little single connector and the 2nd slot on the top of the bigger connector.
I have a cracked manifold so I'm gonna fix that first before I change the o2 sensor.

see thats where im lost what connector lol i got nothin 3 ppl have looked for anything and nothing its totally old school under the hood lol no mass air nothin "modern" lol
