Blue Smoke? HELP!

Blue Smoke? HELP!
I have a 2004 F250 Lariat Diesel, today on my 4 hour drive home the truck started smoking blue smoke intermidentaly on and off and it was under 2500rpm. It does not idle funny or make funny noises, there are no check engie lights on, any have any suggestions? Thanks so much
