working on a friends Wheelchair van
Hey guys, I'm going to be working on a friends 98 E-250 that has a wheelchair conversion on it. I was told it doesn't work. Are there any common problems that I should look for besides if it's even plugged in?

Christopher not sure if you'll find this helpful but here goes.........
Assuming you have known full power to the lift I'd first suspect a manual switch or some sort of safety interlocking switch too. I don't have any real experience with mobility lifts and such but that's where I'd start looking.
Also try posting this in the Electrical/Wiring Forums: Electrical Systems/Wiring - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums Someone there might have a broader base of knowledge for you.
