Stif Gear Selector

Just joined I used the search function but could'nt find an answer to my question. The Gear selector seems to be very stiff is there anyway to lube it up?? Thanks!!

Its an 04 XL with automatic transmisson. The Shifter stalk on steering colum is a little stiff when going from gear to gear. Just wondering if there were any lubrication points to loosen it up?

I have the same problem 03 350 4x4 v10 xlt there is tons of stuff on loose ones but nothing on stiff ones
