Dogmann, doesn't seem like the '12 350 has what you want. No quad seats and I really don't think you can get leather either (look at the ford and edmunds site). as others have said, find a dealer who has a good comerical truck dept that knows what their doing.
Another option is to buy the E350 Club Wagon with V-10 you want and then swap matching Captain seats and bench from another wrecked van into it. The hard points in the floor are already there, just be sure to get the seat mounting hardware and bolts.

Sherrod does nice conversions. I like many things on that van. I love that ceiling's indirect lighting. Here are a few things I don't like:
1- Windows: I like panoramic windows on Ford and Gm vans. I am not sure if Sherrod can't do them on the PV (driver's side), due to side bracing?
2- A/V controls at the bottom are a no-no. They will be trashed by passengers in short order. Put them on consoles, mainly behind driver.
3- 2 large flip-down TVs next to each other are distracting. I would use a main / center one, and headrest monitors, with mix-n-match inputs.
4- That van screams for sunroof/moonroof. Eclipse does nice sunroofs.
I like the tray under the front seat, although non-operable when driving. To be sure, with that nose the van does not look like a bubble, like Ford. It looks like a crossover between Armada and Van.
