What do these codes mean. I know that it means that it is running rich and then lean on bank 1 but where is bank 1.?

Here are the code definitions. The Haynes manual has more info. The "banks" refer to the injector banks, not the cylinder banks (heads). Look at the wires going to the injectors - 4 have red & one color; 4 have red and another.
