power heated mirrors
I have an 01 SD with power mirrors but not heated mirrors, my question is, is there a wire in the harness of 01 XLT for the heat feature or not and could you toggle switch the heat feature on aftermarket heated mirrors, sure would help when plowing snow if they were heated, thanks Garry

Wire in place, not likely. Toggle switch, no problem. I put power, heated on my 05SD that had factory manual paddle mirrors. About 3 hrs. total including fitting a switch in the door to adjust the mirrors.
