Whats up with the bobo lug nuts in the close up rim pic and why did you go with a semi float 60 when FF 60s, 70s and sterlings are so cheap and readily available?

idk how you get any noticeable compression braking out of an auto, but i'm sure it's possible in 1st gear double low.

and x2 on why the semi float? i'd pass on a 60 rear altogether, and i'd definitely say fwak a semi float on a wheeler when there is a full float equivalent available. no sense trying to rig some chit up to keep a tire on if you bust a shaft while out in the sticks.

Bad luck is to blame for the lug nuts. Ended up short and in the middle of nowhere. Used what I had in the box.

Do you have a Broader Performance VB or Art-Carr? I get noticeable compression braking in high, low, or double low. In first gear you cant feel the difference between it and a manual.

As for my rear axle:

I've been wheeling the hardest trails in the country for the last 5yrs with that axle. I used the SF60 because its factory 35spline.

I didnt use a FF60 because its not factory 35spline, and I didn't use the other choices because they are too bulky.

C6 trans will compresson brake in stock form. Infact so will a E4OD.

I've got rear tires to churp dropping gears in autos b4...

Rur rig looks capable enough. I'd swap out the front spool is all. They just ask for broken parts

Nice rig, I wish I could go to the spots you shown. I've only been to Disney OK, Hogans Camp Grounds is awesome. Clayton OK is next on the list. Cant wait to go to Moab someday.
