Those are the one thing I love about the Super Duty trucks. I wish you could buy them (I guess you could at a junk yard).
In the past, I've just used a couple of well placed u-bolts down low on the bed sides. They worked really well. I had the 3/8" shank ones which were about 2" wide. I used extra nuts and flat pieces (one flat piece and nut on each side of the bed wall). The held up really well and weren't too costly.
