What could be the problem?
I have 2 new fuel pumps and a new fuel filter and still no fuel. I thought it was a spark problem but i took the plug out and had somebody try to start the engine and i saw it had a strong spark. If both my in tank and high pressure pump are working then what could the issue be?

Next thing I'd do is spray a little shot of starting fluid or carb cleaner in the throttle body to see if it will fire. If it does, check for power to the injectors. The computer grounds the injectors for a split second at a time to pulse them open. Sometimes the computer goes bad and quits doing that.
