bellhousing bolt problem

bellhousing bolt problem
Im having some problems with my last two bell housing bolts on my 93 f150. One of the bolts i'm running into problems is, is with the transmission dipstick tube. I cant seem to get the bracket for that close to the block, plus, I don't know if it should be above or below the EGR module....
does the bracket have to be bent a certain way or should the bolt end up tightening it down, once it gets started in the hole?
