1990 f150 oil pan leak

my old faithful 1990 f150 5 litre 4x4 oil pan is leaking bad is it possible to change the gasket without dropping exaust etc? thnx

It is possible but it is a PITA.

Unbolt engine mounts
Jack up engine as far as it will go(plenum in to firewall)
Unbolt pan and drop as far as possible.
Remove old gasket and silicone.
RTV in the 4 corners.
Sneak in new gasket with out wrecking it(get the FORD one piece steel w embossed rubber gasket)
Put pan backup in place and torque bolts.
Lower engine

that is if the gasket is leaking and the pan is NOT rotten
