Most on here use either DP Tuner, or a TS chip with tunes from Power Hungry Performance, Tony Wildman, Gearhead, Beans, Tyrant Diesel... THey're all good programmers and can set up your chip settings however you want them.

So if I buy a ts chip off ebay it will provide what it says for my truck. I have str8 pipe, afe filter. And whats a way to tell if the injectors aren't stock. My truck starts real easy in cold weather so I know the glow plugs are new.
Also how do you reburn it if I update my injectors after I buy it the way it is.

Send it to someone like who? On the page for the TS chip they ask for the year,make,model, and tranny type. So I tell them all that, plus I want it for stock Injectors.
And were do I find the computer at(I looked beside the e-brake nothing there) my trucks a 97? and the PCM code, weres it at.

You can run the TS tunes that come on the chip, which are ok... or you can send the chip to any of the tuners I mentioned several posts ago. Power Hungry Performance, Tony Wildman, Gearhead, Beans, Tyrant Diesel...
Or you can just buy the chip directly from one of them and save a little money.

i had xtreme diesel tunes for my first chip and their tunes suck my EGT's were high and a real touchy go pedal and trans **** like crap. i sent it in and had PHP tunes put on it and now getting BTS tunes put on it

I need sites to look threw any one got any? Xtreme diesel seems bad? A phoenix is off of php, good choice? Im looking for a 6 Pos chip, that goes in like a TS, That changeable on the fly/or at a stop while started.
