Well they need 14 to 15 quarts for an oil/filter change, so 4 gallons and you'll have a little to spare.

So whats the deal with the HPOP res? Why doesn't it get circulated with fresh oil?
I just changed my oil and installed a T-500. So I sucked out the hpop res and it was deffinitly blacker/ thicker then the oil that came outta the pan.
