Wouldn't have the tools to build it. Do you have a drawing with measurements or anything. Might be able to get someone to make one.

PM me if you'd like. I looked at all the bumper and guards I could find but couldn't find what I thought I wanted. Didn't intend on building two so I didn't make any drawings. I just built it a piece at time working towards the picture in my head. I did have John at Autofab bend the head light guards for me. The rest is just plate iron and pipe.

Wow, I am impressed with everything I have seen. I am curious what all the fab guys prefernces are with type of welder. I grew up using stick and that is what Im best at (forces me to stop and look at the work between swapping sticks). I got a short list and may have pictures in my gallery; sorry for that, making ya'll hunt for the pictures.

04' F150 Heritage:
Custom front pushbar, single 3" pipe welded to 3" square tubes. When I fit it in the frame rails I had to do a little heat and modding. Easy enough mod, will finish it off by covering the gap between the bumper and push bar with a plastic valence.

79' F350 Ranger: (now sold)
Custom rear bumper, got the truck with no rear bumper at all. So not worryin' bout getting it running better or much needed body work, I went heavy duty bumper mode. Weighed it when I was all done about 380lbs. It is 2 part bumper alone, and a seperate reciever/mount bolts right under the bumper.

66' Bronco full cab: (now for sale)
simple enough, weld pin hole brackets on from bumper and fab a trailer type reciever. Swings right down on the ball and tows real nice.

I use my Hobart tigmate for small welds under 1/4" thick steel/stainless. I use my miller 211 mig if I'm doing welding that would be extremely time consuming or anything thicker than 1/4".

For welders - I'm a TIG snob. I hate MIG and will only use it when absolutely needed for something I can't get to with a TIG, or when building a gate or whatever at a buddies house.

That is just me though.

I use stick, I aint got anything else. I was gonna get a $99 flux core mig from Tractor Supply, but I used the money on other things. I welded the deer stand with the stick, it blew through in some places, but I just welded over it.
