Has your 2005 ever had its brake fluid & antifreeze changed?
Antilock brake systems can be very expensive to repair & replacing brake fluid might be the single most ignored maintenance item. Fresh brake fluid can extend the service life of brake hydraulics.
Antifreeze capability of coolant is easy & isn't greatly diminished w/age. However the anticorrosion properties of antifreeze are consumed doing their job. A large number of aluminum components can get corroded/eroded by spent antifreeze. Heater cores & head gaskets are particularly at risk from old antifreeze.

club wagon is right. but most OEMs suggest changing the coolant at 100k, then every 60 after that, but it sure can't hurt to do it sooner.
as a general rule, people view the 60k maintenance as such a big deal because they've neglected all the little maintenance things leading up to that point. the typical maintenance schedule for it is 3/4 inspection and 1/4 replacing parts. if you've kept up on things, its not too much to worry about
