Not knowing the history of what you've done (beyond what you listed above) I'd get the codes checked/pulled before I went much further. It could be low fuel pressure, clogged filters, bare wire, bad connection....the list goes on. Need a little more information to be of much help. You might see if your local AutoZone has a ScanGauge II they use for checking "check engine lights"...or you can pick one up for $160-ish; not a bad investment for a modern truck/car.

Getting a scanguage will help greatly. Does it do it in gear only or in nuetral as well. With diag equipment (scanguage) you can check the ICP, high pressure oil, and the IPR duty cycle, tells you what the IPR valve is doing, that sends the high pressure oil to the injectors
