Happy Halloween

Just wanted to wish everyone a good one tonight. Anyone have any plans? We don't usually get anyone coming to our door since it's a good half a mile from the road. For those taking the little ones, be sure to be safe tonight.

Lucky you

Tex
Dont look a gift horse in the mouth comes to mind.

Our area looked like the super bowl after the game. Then then some body let some pit bulls out and then the owner of a dog on a leash with her child in costume were attacked.

I found out the next day.

I dont know where them dogs are from but Mr. colt wants to meet them to make sure that they stay away from my small grand kids.

Why is it that people just cant secure their dogs? I had a 125 pound mix and he was always secure and not chained either. I know he was one that I had to keep put up. You should not have a dog unless you plan to secure it, especially so if they are gaurd dogs.

Dont know what happened but I think it made the local paper.

People really seem to be doing really stupid things lately. We have 2 German Shepherds that could rip you to shreds in a heartbeat, but we keep them secured. They were trained as attack dogs, but no one wanted to really mess with both of them after they were trained as they don't really make for the best of family pets unless they are the only ones around and we do have other dogs.

Pit Bulls have a nasty reputation any way and it doesn't help that people do stupid things with them. Kinda like the 6.0L.
