Hi all, Have 1979 Ford 1/2 ton Black, with the chromatic package. Does anyone know of a source for these graphics kits, or know of a company that can reproduce them? Heck, does anyone know who made them in the first place....maybe that would be a starting point? Any info would we greatly appreciated. Thank-You

If you have a photo of the truck with the striping kit, any trim tape company can duplicate it for you.

Is yours the silver(platinum) color?

No, it is a black truck. The stripes are reflective, all the shops I talked to said they couldn't replicate them..

Black Truck Yes.

I was asking about the colour of the stripes = Silver for 1 of them
What is the other?

Look in my gallery, I have a striping kit on mine.

Then look in the pictorial of 79's to see if there is one there.

Then go to the user gallery ans sse if anyone has album titled 1979 meaning a 79 truck.

I need the info I asked before I can research the request.

I have an Gov't instutionalized cousin in Moose Jaw.

A real Hockey Fan.

That is called the free-wheeling package.

I know we have a few companies in Calgary that can do it.

I'll check around.

Hey, Jay! That is a great memorial page there! Sorry for the loss of your family members.
I had a friend with a truck just like your brothers' truck... It was custom with the same paint and decals, in Bonnyville Alberta. Very nice truck that stands out!
My truck belonged to my late grandfather, whom I lost two years ago now. I bought his truck over ten years ago, and it now needs a total resto. I am glad to see there are others restoring vehicles as a tribute to a loved one!
I am in Calgary as well.
Mark
