I have a question that maybe you can help with.
I have not used my AE for quite some time.
I have been trying to use it recently on several different vehicles and I cannot access the "enhanced" portion of anything.
All I can do is get basic DTC.
Did I lose my program or do I need to resubmit my access code or something?
Let me know if any that makes sense, I could really use this tool right now.

I take it you are using it on Ford vehicles?
You may have lost the activation code. You can go into the screen (help, feature activation) and look to see what is activated. Check it and see.

You can also call the folks at AE and they can tell you what your activation code is based on the hardware ID (written or printed on a white sticker on the back side of the OBDII adapter).

Ken... while we're on the topic of AE, you may have run into this issue and be able to offer some advice.
I replaced my TPS/pedal assembley a couple years ago (mine is the one where the sensor is integral with the pedal asembly). Well, the new setup solved my problem, but the new pedal seems to have a dead spot on the bottom end... I have to press the pedal down a good 1/4 inch before the throttle engages. Can I reset/adjust the sensor output voltage to change when the fuel is released for acceleration?
