I have a 2000 f 150 4x4 with 4.2 liter and 200,000 miles. It has developed a ping promblem, the higher the rpm the worse it gets. It has only thrown 1 code and that was that bank 2 was lean. I was wondering if a weak fuel pump could cause this as it has the original fuel pump?

Both lean and ping point vac leak as the most likely culprit.
