CCG Trucks Review

I would just like to say I bought a bedside from these guys and something happened with their supplier and the duel tank panels came through as single tank panels. They gave me a call to let me know and he had his warehouse dig through the pile and found a few at the bottom that are correct until their next order is in. I'll have it next week. BUT the customer service was great! I don't know if I was talking to the owner or not but I certainly recommend these guys to anyone who needs body parts. We even talked for about 10 minutes on how hes seen people install them etc. Prices are great too!

Nice! Looks like their prices are pretty decent too. I will add them to my list of favorites as I will likely be ordering some body panel repair parts soon. Thanks for the link. Rep Sent.

Excellent prices! And super cheap shipping too! I'll post again once I get the sheet metal about the quality of the steel.

Wow!! Good/great customer service! That's something becoming harder and harder to find these days.

Hi all, this is my first post here. I was just about to order some body parts from this company as well, but decided to do a search on them before doing so, (ccg truck reviews). What turned up doesn't sound that promising, more negative than positive. The stories I read immediately reminded me of a bad deal I went through with a vendor who used to sell on eBay a few years ago. His prices were ridiculously low, $70 a fender, but when you consider what they probably pay for all the Chinese made junk (parts) it's probably doable. Long story short, I tried to save a few bucks and got screwed. Hopefully this guy will come through for you, I'll be very interested to see how your deal goes, please follow up. It's probably not a good idea to praise or promote a business until the deal is done and you're absolutely happy. That guy on the phone might have sounded like a great guy and promised you the world, but that's how bull****ers operate, the proof will be in the pudding when he delivers. Problems right off the bat like that, that by the way, are due to someone else, but they promise to fix immediately doesn't sound good.

Well thats why I said i would follow up. BUT its also a smaller company. When I called to early and got the answering machine it was the same guys voice that answered the phone. There was no automated anything. All dealing with people and he was great! So we'll see what shape the bed side is in but I've got faith!

So it was the owner that I had talked to before. I got the box early last week but still havent opened it since I havent had any time to work on the Ford. BUT the owner personally called me last night around 6pm to make sure I got it and everything was okay! I've never had a company do something like that before! So far def a big thumbs up to these guys.... now to see the quality of the panel.

Curious about the quality as well. I could use some bedsides, actually just some wheel arches
