I only know of one person that has the SwingCases..."Coskid" down in the 2004-2008 F150 forum. He has a soft rollup from Extang and there are no clearance issues. I don't know why it wouldn't work with the Trifecta...maybe an issue with clearance for the latches on the cover? Sounds like you might want to call Undercover about that.

They have under the rail tool boxes which are generally available in any auto parts store. I have one with the Extang Tri-Fold. The only problem I have with it is that I have to loosen the Tonneau and slide it forward to get at it.
