D-60 rear disc conversion?
I'm not sure on the vans, maybe you could ask down on the E-Series Van section.
They make driveline brakes for the back of the NP205, but it's about $350 for the unit, plus the cost of shortening the drive-shaft. But from what I've read they hold the truck really good.

At this point im thinking about using the 79 F350 rear rotors, but also using the same calipers as i have up front, and just building the bracket for them. Would be nice and simple to do brakes, like my Buick, same brakes all the way around. Also they would be dual piston vs. the single piston Chevy. More cost, but better parts and easier to keep track. Getting replacement parts for my truck is slowly getting more and more complicated
.I appreciate all the insight, help and links, especially Chase and Rusty. Now to check replacement caliper prices and make a decision.
EDIT:
Based on pricing, and the fact that 1 ton front brakes in the back would be massive overkill, and the thought occurred to me that the master might not move enough volume to the rear to support dual piston calipers. Im leaning towards the F150 calipers. So now time to head to the junk yard and see what i can find.
I hear you on the parts for the built trucks being harder to keep track of. I have a word doc. going with all the make/model/year of the parts I am using for different things. There is a reason my crew cab is called the Mutt - I take the best parts from everything else and throw it on there - haha.
T-bird or other large car calipers are a decent replacement for the F-150 calipers, but at that point (even at the point of using F-150 calipers) why not just use the chevy ones? They are even cheaper and easier to find pads & replacements for...

Ya i get ya, but i was thinking about using the "ford" kit that was linked. Still a few dents sittin in the local yards that i can go scavenge the stuff off of. I like the idea of using the front caliper bracket and dust shield. Ill see what the JY has for decent parts before i hit up the parts store. Need to get the F-350 2wd brake booster, and a vacuum pump if its still there. Ill just see whats there and if i have to go new, then i will probably go chevy stuff.
If i go chevy, i want the 10 bolt calipers and rotors, like off a 78 C20?
