i fell like an idiot, i have a 78 f-150 4x4 single cab. i bought all the proper moog part's to rebuild all the steering. i got the center link that goes between the pitman arm and the drag link. tie rod end that bolts on the drivers side and the coupler that connects the tie rod end and the drag link. i can't find the correct part number for the drag link. i need the one that has a hole in it to connect the center link and is threaded on one end and has a stationary tie rod end on the other. i been looking all over there website and can't find one. also i ordered what i thought was the right one and i ordered the wrong one and don't need to go through sending another wrong one back. thanks in advance.

The drag link is PN AMGDS913.... 'got the PN from Summit Racing.
But from what you have described, I think you really need the right (and very loooooooong) tie rod... AMGDS923.
LMC Truck Parts - Page 109 my front end is the third one down and the p/n i need is 45-2035 or number 2 on the picture. the two you gave me don't look like this one. i really would like to go with moog because of their reputation a nd i already put a red head steering gear in it i don't want to cheap out now.

2x with going with Moog. I use 'em too. I swapped the PS box and links from a 79 Bronco (same as yours) to my 73 and it's the right tie rod that you need. It appears LMC has their parts mis-named.
Summit's page doesn't show the actual part - only a representation... so......
yes we are very square, thanks hio you have once again helped me alot. from the looks of it moog has a crappy picture on their website and with lmc's mislabled parts, thats where i got confused. i usually refer to lmc for part names because of the convenient breakdown.
