I felt compelled to register on this forum just to say thanks to all the people who post their problems and say THANKS! to those who take the time to help. The information I have gleaned from these pages have been the only way I could have lived with my 2003 6.0. I can honestly say without exaggeration that keeping my truck running would have bankrupted me if it wasn't for the expert knowledge here that made it possible to repair it myself. I've never needed to post a question- the answers I've needed have been there with a little searching. Keeping the bills paid and food on the table is incredibly challenging these days and I need that truck to make it happen. When it lays down you folks have the answers I need to keep making a life for my wife and kid. I thought you should know that what you do has had a real and meaningful impact on me and my family that can't really be overstated. Bless You, Keep up the good work, and THANKS again!!!
you r very right in ur post.there are ALOT of good people on this forum who help out us less knowing 6.0 owners.there is alot to know about this motor an truck an im still learning as i wrench on my own truck as u do.
This has been an awesome site. I have also benefited from the knowledge of many people who have been here for years.
If you haven't picked up the Spread sheets yet, you should. Go to this thread and post up an e-mail address and someone will send them to you. Bismic has collected years of info from many places and put it all together in the Spread sheets.
Same here. I've joined forums for all the vehicles I've owned over the past few years, and I can honestly say this site has the most knowledge by far. I couldn't imagine owning this truck if I were as clueless as the average owner probably is. Its amazing half of them are even still running.
