6.9l newbee

I just bought a 1985 f250 lariat with the 6.9l, the truck has 135k on it and the previous owner didn't drive it much. The truck runs great, went ahead and flushed the radiator, replaced the fuel filter, had the injector seals replaced, one was leaking, and drained and refilled the rear end, the oil had just been changed so i didn't have to do that since the truck sat for awhile is there anything else i should do or look for.

Take off, flush out the CDR valve (the tuna-can looking thing on the back of the intake manifold) and check for proper operation. If they go bad, they suck oil out of the engine, and burn it in the last two cylinders. This can make the head bolts on those two cylinders stretch because of the extra BTU's. This leads to leaks on those cylinders.
I would check around the heads for evidence of anti-freeze leaks.
