ELECTRICAL!!!!!
I have a 1999 F350 7.3 and the starter solenoid was going out and so I replaced it about two days ago and its been working great I don't have to use a screwdriver to start the truck anymore. Until today I had to pop the hood and use the screwdriver again!!! Any ideas as to why this thing has gone out again already??

If I am not mistaken, and I could be, the ground for the winding is supplied through the backplate of the relay and if blackplate doesn't make good contact with the fender the relay will not operate. Check continuity of the mounting bolts to ground and continuiy of the bolts to mounting plate.
For starters just loosen and re-tighten the mounting bolts.
