Low miles 7.3

Ok as alot of you guys know I have had no luck trying to find either a 6.9 or a 7.3 for my truck well yesterday I found a Jasper rebuild engine that was put in a box truck and the box truck was wrecked right around 20k miles later is it worth 1,600 that the guy is asking for it?

nope. jasper engines are junk. they only replace what is bad.
it is a repaired engine, not a rebuilt engine

I would start at $1000.00. You will end up at 13 or 14. Just my .02

For that sort of coin you should be able to find a complete parts truck and use the engine out of it, or rebuild one for not a lot more.
