Header gasket problems
Has anyone else here had problems trying to find a gasket that will fit Hedman hedders? They cheap gaskets that came with the headers have already gone bad. I ordered up some Mr. Gaskets, and the ports are too big. They don't fit the extended flange. Does anyone know of any aftermarket gaskets that will work with these. I'm going to try and find some Fel-pro's tomorrow and see if they will work, but they're hard to find in stores.

Hooker makes a nice set of gaskets for about 7 bucks a pair. I can't remember the part number but they should be able to hook you up at summit. I only use the kind that look like white cardboard, only stiffer. Never had a leak.

You guys can laugh all you want.... but Ive had problem with Mr Gasket gaskets and other brands... Use a set of gaskets, and use Orange silicone 
It won't burn off and it seals up really nice.
