I'm assuming you mean the 2012 F150's...not sure on that but I just got a new 2011 and got the brochure recently right before my purchase. There was a coupon for $750 off in addition to all other incentives! I was pleasently surprised to say the least.

It comes in a MyFord magazine that is normally mailed out 2-3 times per year to customers who own a later model Ford.
I think if one were to call Ford customer service, a magazine could be had. I don't know that to be a fact but it's worth a try.

do the coupons in the magazines have a name attached to them, and how about expiration?

The brochure I received in the mail had a coupon for $750 with my name and address on it that expires in early December 2011. It is good for the purchase of either a 2011, 0r 2012 Ford vehicle. I received it after a couple of days from asking for an internet price on a 2011 Ford from the Ford website.

I finally received my brochure today, and had a $750.00 coupon in it for the 2012 f150. Here is the kicker. It expires december 19th. If placed an order today I don't think it would be here by then. The dealer says 8 weeks on the 2012's right now.
The coupon says take from dealer stock by that date, Do you think the dealer can use it after that date?

These $750 private coupons CAN be used on ordered trucks, but not after they expired (the Ford system just won't accept them, nothing that can be done here).
I did hear though that a dealer can lock this rebate in once the VIN is issued, and basically sell you the truck. I am not sure 100% how this works, and I could see a few disadvantages here. (like what happens if the truck arrives damaged - it's yours already in that case, lol). Not sure I'd take that risk.
I got my coupon, but it will expire before the truck is here, I am sure. My plan is to try to get another one for the wife, once we know a due date and are getting close to it. Not sure if it will work or not. My wife's last name is different, that could help ....

At this point, I would be on the phone to Ford customer relations and I would be asking how to make this work for you. They very well may refer you to your local dealer who still may not know either.
When I bought my truck, my sales manager who was extremely helpful actually sat down with me in front of his computer and we completely dissected all of Ford's rebates and incentives for that period. Some programs negated others. I ended up not using my $750 but came out better with a $1000 incentive that was not well advertised.
