If OP is looking at 20-23 footers you are not going to find a 5th wheel in that range anyway. Hell you don't need a F250 for that size. 5th wheel have better turning but again at that length range it doesn't matter.
Just know what your weight limits are and stick to 80% of that. That won't be a problem with your F250 and smaller TT anyway. Get a good weight distributing hitch with anti-sway control.
I'm pulling a 31'+ TT at over 8,000lbs loaded and truck barely knows it's there.

20-23 overall or living space. TT with 20-23 living you are looking at 24'6" - 26'6" behind truck. 20-23 overall you are looking at a 16-19 foot trailer (approx).
