Did you pull the valve covers and check for lose rockers or oush rods?

Yup, actually the first thing I did. Last year the rocker assembly loosened up on the opposite side. I could literally turn the bolts by hand on the # 3 & 4 cylinders.

All the rods and rockers were pretty snug on the side in question now.
