Miss firing????

Miss firing????

I got out of work yesterday and my 88 5.0 spun the motor nice and strong but did not start. I check and notice i had spark going into the distributor but nor out of it. replace rotor cap and ignition module on the side of the distributor.
And than BAM my girl came back to life, sort of. I hear a relay clicking on the driver side inside the engine bay. he relay is located right next to the where you have the connection for the ECM to the scanner. There are two relays there, the one further towards the back is clicking. what is that relay for?

I think the EEC, but it might be the fuel relay
