Still stalling, any ideas

02 F250, 5.4, auto, 4x4, 203,000, new iac, speed sensor, checked harness to maf, new plugs, coils, knock sensor, pcm.
Truck starts and runs fine, drives fine until I come to stop. Then 5 seconds it stalls. It will restart with the O/D light flashing and stall quickly in any gear. If I turn key to off then restart w/O/D out it runs fine and drives fine until I stop then 5 seconds it stalls.
If I put In neutral and then stop it will keep running. Also it will not stall in 1st gear either. Gives a speed sensor code every time it stalls. Any help out there?
