Does anyone have experience removing the fan housing on an F250 w/ 6.0? I'm trying to get to the AC clutch assembly to adjust the air gap but can't figure out the best way to tackle removing the housing? Thanks in advance!

First you need to remove the 2 8mm bolts at the top of the fan shroud, then remove the two coolant hoses at the top and than work its way up and out.

 

Hey mike it can be done from the bottom , i have done it . It has been awhile and i am not exactly sure how to tell you but you don't have to remove all that stuff. I ended up putting in one more washer and thinning down the other one but didn't fix it had a leak in E vap
