Is this the correct fan and hub for a 49' F2?

It appears to be....the 6 blade fans pull a lot of air. I switched to a 4 blade, less noisy and don't rob quite as much power. Make sure it is not bent or out of balance.....

Yes. You should also have a fan shroud. Before installing the fan, oil the bearings and spin the fan to make sure the bearings are still good.
