My local dealer says they can't place an order for a 2012 until Thursday. They tried to find me an 11' like I wanted but couldn't and have been putting me off on ordering a 12' for the last 2 weeks. I've been trying to buy a truck for over a month now and getting no where with the local dealer. Argh!

It's unbelievable what kind of lies they tell you to get you to buy a 2011 form their lot.
Many have ordered 2012's.
Called the dealer today and he said he would look for my truck. He called back in about 20 min. and said A dealer has one coming in and when it does he will call that dealer and ask if HE can get it sent to his dealership and then i will buy it or whatever.
Then he said why dont you come in and ORDER a 2012 the way i want too. SO tomorrow the wife and I are going to talk to the salesman and order a 2012.
about a month and a half ago I was going to buy a 2011 from them that they were going to get from a dealer in Pa. The story I got was the Pa. dealer had someone interested in it, then they didn't, then they wanted another long bed in trade for it and my dealter couldn't find one and then .......... argh! This is getting really agrivating! I hate it when people lie to me! I really like to shop locally but this is putting a real bad taste for my local Ford dealer in my mouth. Especially when I hear their radio commercials all day "you'll like the way we do business at Oneonta Ford" ! Hmm, no sir, not liking it one bit!
