Been there twice. I spent days getting there and spent about 10 minutes looking at it. The wife and kids spent more time in the gift shop than looking at it. Dale, I'm glad the Duke was there to greet you.

I hiked the canyon from North Rim to South Rim several years ago with my Scout Troop. We went in on Saturday morning and came out on Monday morning. Seeing the canyon walls change colors as the sun moved across the sky was a sight I'll never forget.
